From Patient to Practitioner
Early in my life, I suffered from severe eczema that no doctor could fully heal — the pain and itchiness always returned. Years later, I discovered that healing my gut could make all the difference.
Later, I was diagnosed with insulin intolerance and prescribed medication that disrupted my hormones. This pushed me to explore nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle, and to see how deeply they shape overall health. Yoga and meditation practices played a big role in my healing journey.
In 2020, I discovered Functional Medicine — it connected all the dots between body, mind, and environment in a way that finally made sense. I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and I've been helping others do what I had to learn myself: listen to, understand, and care for their bodies with knowledge and compassion.
With my MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) certification, I also bring a mindful approach to health — because real, lasting change happens when we slow down, tune in, and take one step at a time.
